Twin Creek Farms labels + a snapshot of spaghetti with our Whole-Hog Sausage

I mentioned in my last post, Wesley and I have been working quite a bit lately promoting our farming operation. To read more about it and to see a few photos of our time at the Shallotte Farmers' Market, please read this post that I made at our farm's blog. Recently I made these two simple, MSPaint labels to be attached to my mother-in-law's honey and to our other products too as the need arises.

I cooked some of our meat the other night too and took this snapshot to share. We thought it turned out well. I cut the sausage into approximately 1 inch lengths, grilled them lightly in a small amount of olive oil, wiped up the small amount of excess grease, and simmered them in Classico Spaghetti sauce with a bit of added black pepper and basil. I served it on some Healthy Harvest spaghetti, and we really like how the simple recipe turned out.
